Orakai Songdo Park Hotel

Great location and comfortable stay near Songdo Convensia Exhibition Hall.

Very satisfied with the experience. The location is in an industrial area, just a short walk from the exhibition hall, which is perfect if you’re attending an event or conference.

The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of food, both Western and Asian options. It’s a bit expensive, but the quality and selection are great.

I didn’t use the gym or indoor swimming pool, the outdoor pool was empty during my stay, likely due to the season.

In the lobby, there’s a nice coffee shop serving a small selection of toast, pastries, and various drinks. There’s also a convenience store for picking up basic items.

There are several good restaurants and a small shopping mall within a few minutes’ walk, making the location even more convenient.

Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return if I have the opportunity.

It’s a mid-sized hotel—not too big, not too small—located right in front of a subway station. It’s very clean, and there’s an Illy café in the lobby, along with a convenience store. The restaurant for breakfast is excellent, and the food is delicious. The biggest highlight, though, is the view.

The highlight of this hotel is it's location... just in the center of the main things!
Opposite to Orakai, is Lotte Mart which i found is truly a good place to shop for all food and beverages that's a speciality in South Korea.
Just 1 or 1.5 km from the hotel is Hyundai premium outlet which according to the locals is the best place to spend time while shopping and eating.
Also it's just 30 minutes away from Incheon airport that makes it even better.
The check-in and check-out process is smooth, every one at the reception is so receptive of the needs of the customer and ready to assist. I really like each one of them (Anna Han and Aaron ...I can remember them).
There is a restaurant at 19 floor that serves breakfast and dinner buffet.
At reception level 1 are Illy Cafe and Thirsty Monk (bar and restaurant) and also a nice to CU shoping store.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant and the cafe is really good but the highlight of both places are the people at work. They are excellent at hosting and managing customers.
Rooms are near and clean and provide the basics but due to govt. Policy they don't provide toothbrush and razors so if you need them, you must purchase them. But this is the norm now, everywhere in most countries.
Overall it was good staying at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The service was good, the cleanliness was good, and the location was good. If I may make a suggestion, it would be better to replace the TV with a smart TV, because the TV cannot be used to watch anything. The food menu at the buffet is varied, the taste is also quite good, but it requires a bit of effort because it is served separately on the left and right.

Nice enough 4 star hotel. Bathrooms need an upgrade. Have stayed here twice and both times the shower has issues with the drain being higher than most of the shower floor leading to water on the floor in the bathroom also outside the shower. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Good beds. Good but expensive breakfast buffet. Did not try the pool as we were too busy.
