Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel

I booked this hotel because my tour pick up at this hotel. It’s a little pricey but had a good view of the sea and sunset.

The staff struggle to understand English but still trying their best to help.

The room is spacious and clean. They have heated floor and also smart toilet.

Overall I would say the price for it is worth, just a little far from airport which you have to book cab or learn to take bus here but with some walking distance.

Good location with great view, room is comfortable and clean. Service need to improve! Housekeeping is hard to get, tried calling multiple times and no answer. Reception/front desk guy on duty was arrogant, rude and insisted hotel don’t call taxi for guests to airport when we left on 1st June, 7am local time.

We stayed for 8 nights. Sadly, we didn’t like the room much as we wanted a more spacious room to make space for our luggages. Instead, we were given a room with an additional room which is rather inconvenient. Room was clean though I didn’t like the bedding quality much. Furnishing was rather old, toilet was crammy with a miserably small vanity top. Location is not bad, 15mins walk to shopping area. The in-house laundry didn’t seem clean, we went to the nearby self laundry which is only 10mins walk away. The only consolation is they have a decent front desk service.

Checked in early and they provided the key without any hassle. A special thanks to Jae Bin Park — she is very grounded, polite, and extremely well organized. I truly appreciate her work style and hospitality. It made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. Totally worth staying here and strongly recommended.
The property offers both ocean view and mountain view rooms, and the room sizes are very spacious and comfortable.

We booked an Ocean View room on Agoda, which we topped up for. When we got our room, it was facing a dumpster-looking site. You can see ocean only partially. The front desk said we were apparently “upgraded” for free because all rooms are sold out. A manager came and tried to gaslight by saying you can still see the ocean partially. This does not address our point that we did not get a room that we paid for. None of them could explain clearly what exactly the upgrade is.

Edit: We checked in at 3pm and were told that all other rooms were full. However, in the evening, the lobby was full of Koreans checking in. It appears the ocean view rooms are reserved for locals.
