We were here for 5 nights and it was the best decision we’ve made. Had ample time exploring Incheon while still having the ability to cook and wash in our hotel room on the 57th floor. The hotel is close to Incheon National Uni train station and there is a Lotte Mart right next door. We took a walk at the Songdo Central Park one morning and it was beautiful. The gym facilities are great but there is no airport shuttle. There is airport limousine bus service but timing wise it didn’t seem to be very punctual. An amazing stay overall and it’s a home away from home.
My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and we were able to communicate well in English.
We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Songdo Conve tion Centre where we have an event to attend, Hyrox.
The other reason was because we needed an accommodation which provides laundry facilities. It's a necessity if there are going to be a lot of workout clothes. Drying rack is provided too which is perfect if you opt out from the dryer.
Essentials are nearby within walking distance - Lotte Mart, An's Bakery, 7-11, McDonald's... just to name a few.
Room is spacious and clean. Even the closet is a walk-in closet with lots of room for our luggage.
Kitchen is decently equipped. We were able to prepare simple meals if we chose not to dine out.
If you are someone who watches a lot of Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime... you can sign into your account but remember to sign out before you check out.
All in all, everyone is very pleased and happy with the stay. If we come back to Incheon, Oakwood will be our choice again.
Thank you to all staff, front desk, housekeeping for making our stay enjoyable.
The place is awesome. We took a family suite. The buffet food was amazing and everyone spoke English. My warning to you is it is out of the way of everything. One taxi ride was 1 hour and 45 minutes. Both airports are 30 minutes. If you don't have much time in Seoul you might want to stay at the Airport Grand Hyatt. You may want to stay near the subway line. I had no idea Seoul was 16,000 sky scrapers! So unfathomable to me.
Checked into the 62/F suite at Songdo well past 11 PM, and the moment I drew the curtains, the glittering skyline washed away every trace of travel fatigue. The staff redefined five-star service—graciously resolving a small bathroom mishap within minutes. The suite itself felt like an urban sanctuary, complete with in-room laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, and the convenience of Lotte Mart just next door. Don’t miss the in-room dining French toast—an indulgent morning treat that perfectly pairs with the sunrise over Songdo Central Park, only a short stroll away. Spring here feels like a quiet luxury retreat above the city lights.
The hotel has amazing rooms. Even the worse one is better than most hotels in the U.S. They are more like a small apartment with a full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and great views with all rooms starting above the 36th floor where the chec in is located. The breakfast buffet is amazing with so much to choose from and the food is wonderful. There is a Lotte mart attached to the hotel which can be accessed through the parking garage below the hotel if the weather is bad.
