Millennium Hotel

Hotel is located in the old town area. Subway station is within 5 minutes. Many local restaurants nearby with reasonable prices. Staff was very helpful. Big turn down was that the room does not have work desk and no place for your clothes. If you stay just one night, it might works for you but if you stay longer, you have to put all your stuff in your luggage.
Unless you are accustomed to Korean way of bath, we had difficulty taking showers...water splashes all over the bathroom. Don't understand why they do not put a shower curtain on it...it is not expensive. Unless they do not care about foreign tourists.
It is sad that they don't make few adjustments to bring their hospitality level to 4 to 5 rankings.
I don't think I will ever stay in this hotel or more like motel ever again.

Very nice

Very big room with all the necessities, excluding ironing board. The location is quite convenient, near to all the convenience stores and also near to Goyang stadium. This is good if you are planning to attend a concert in Goyang area.

My mom, a first-time Agoda user, accidentally booked this non-refundable room. She confused it with Taiwan’s Millennium Hotel due to the similar name.
We realized the mistake within minutes and immediately requested cancellation via Agoda and contacted the hotel for an exception.
The hotel refused any refund or flexibility, enforcing full payment despite the booking being brand new and well before check-in—when Korean regulations allow penalty-free cancellation within 24 hours.
Other travelers: Double-check hotel names carefully, especially for beginners. This rigid policy cost us the full amount for an honest error.
