I write the same review to Agoda with pictures. However, Agoda does not show the pictures. So I am writing it here too sharing with pictures.

I paid 4 million korean won for 20 days. My room was located near a construction site. For 20 days, every morning from 7:00 a.m, i woke up with construction noises

Location was really bad. No sunlight, no view. Your only view was a dark damp cold building with a lot of construction noises.

You have to pay for cleaning services. So, I have to do my own cleaning. Because i paid so much money for this hotel, i do not want to spend more for cleaning. Also, before check out, they send me an e-mail telling me to make sure my room is tidy. I never experienced such a behavior in my life. A hotel should never e-mail its customers telling them to keep their room tidy. Especially when it does not provide a regular and free cleaning service.

Everything you do is via phone, hotel message system or agoda message system. I am not used to this kind of digitalization. One time, I asked for help for the heater in my room. Some very kind person came and helped me. But first, he was trying to explain me through messaging.

The rooms end with number 4, share the same location and view with my room. And they assign the rooms randomly. You learn your room number when you check in. So, my suggestion is if your room ends with 4, ask them to change it.

But if I were you, I would never take the risk and stay at this hotel.

Wonderful stay. Very clean and easy password check-in via email. The interior is beautiful and warm. The only downside is the bad sound proof. Heard couples fighting and screaming from above the level until 2am. Sleeping was difficult the first night, could hear people walking in the hallway. They may need sound proof panel. But overall, would love to stay again.

I had a mostly positive experience at Le Collective Gangnam SAC Signity, though it wasn't without its issues. The self-check-in process was initially confusing because we didn't receive our room number or check-in email on time. Fortunately, the customer service was very helpful after my mom called to resolve a booking mix-up through Agoda. The apartment itself was well-equipped and the robot chat function was convenient for quick delivery of extra supplies. Its location near the subway and various businesses was also a plus. However, the washer damaged some of our clothes, which was quite inconvenient. The office around the corner confirmed that for checkout, we just needed to vacate by the designated time. Despite some setbacks, the facilities and location make it a place worth considering, but keep an eye on the laundry appliances. I recommend it for its modern amenities and convenient location, but I advise caution with the provided appliances.

There is a public lounge for guests to use while waiting but it’s locked with password and while being a guest here for the past 3 nights I WAS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE COMMON LOUNGE. The staff over the chat had the balls to ask me why I need to use it, if I’m wearing my headphones whilst being on call, and that I’m only using it for a short period of time. Define a short period of time. 1 min? 30mins? Absolutely ridiculous. What I choose to do in the lounge is none of your bloody business. Whether I’ll be using my phone or not.

Apartment was spacious with kitchen, lounge and washing machine.

Check in was difficult. They did not send us the code and we had to contact them asking for door code.

We booked for a week yet they only give you one roll of toilet paper.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I could feel the thick plastic mattress protector under the sheet. Every time I moved I would hear it squeaking.

The bathroom had the stench of urine that would not go away. Very unpleasant.
