Hotel Skypark Central Seoul Pangyo

Getting from the airport to the hotel by airport limusine bus was very easy. We stayed for 2 nights. They upgraded our room. The room was very spacious and very very clean. The hotel is a bit far away, but transportation by bus and metro is so easy. There were also shopping malls and nice restaurants around the hotel. We were very satisfied and would stay here again if we came to Seoul.

Come here for the business trip, the location is great and the room is big. Check-ins staff are very nice and provide early check-in for us as the room was available.

One thing if you could improve is the breakfast, because they serve the same menu everyday. I stayed here for 4 nights and apparently get bored 😅

The biggest gripe here was how HOT the rooms were. They’re stuck at 24-25 degrees Celsius and there was no way to lower it. When we asked at the front desk if there was a way to lower the heat they just said to turn it off. I think there is some sort of auto temperature for all the rooms as this was my second stay (different time of the year) and they both were unbearably hot. Made for a very uncomfortable sleep stay so we won’t be returning unfortunately. The hotel itself is very nice, staff are kind and there is a gym/self laundry station in the basement levels. Love the location and easy to walk to Seohyeon station.

The hotel cancelled our reservation without giving details, probably following overbooking, and we were charged cancellation fees. We are of course protesting this through mediation channels, but please note that your reservation to this accommodation is not guaranteed and that is not up to the image the hotel would like you to see it.

good location clean room though a little smaller side. breakfast buffet is not so great.
