Hotel Marinabay Seoul

This hotel was located next to the river which having nice view, also just walking distance to Hyundai Premium Outlet, easy access to shopping. The room was clean and tidy. Staff service was good also.

Very clueless and rude frontdesk male chubby staff.

I went down 2 times to report that my key is not working in my door and he didnt even think once to try to replace it.

After maintenance used his master key to help me finally get inside my room i called front desk to have a replacement key delivered to the room since i already went down 2 times and they didnt replace the key so im tired, but he just said i need to get the replacement key in the frontdesk and hung up the call.

Hotel Marinabay Seoul is a very good hotel for budget travellers like me. The hotel is clean and spacious. The amenities are ample and aesthetically appealing. There are small stains on the seats or sofa and some on the walls but generally the rooms and other facilities are clean. Buffet breakfast is very good and satisfying, they even have a noodles station where a kitchen staff prepare the noodles. It has a close proximity to Gimpo Airport, the Hyundai Premium Outlets and the train station. All these makes my family's stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Why have a sink and a fake kitchen table when you can't do anything with it?

No microwave either (essential)
They lied on hotels.com - there is no free shuttle bus to the airport according to receptionist, all they can do is call a taxi

The lobby looks like a mess with the cheap advertisement of fast food

Very rude front desk staff J Park, no smile no welcome. Didn’t even inform me the breakfast time and location, until I asked. Been here in Seoul for so many times, first time I got such lousy and rude service from a 4-star hotel.
