We were here for family vacation. The hotel is a great place for relaxing, calm, leisure and quiet stay. It’s located far from the city hence no busy streets, cars.. only the birds, forest fresh air. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They can understand and speak English. The Bear theme is so cute and my children love it the moment they stepped in the lobby. There is infinity pool where the children can enjoy the swim privately. Board games are available. There is even karaoke room at basement. Rooms are huge and private. Sound proof too. I was worried my children may caused noise to others but it was all good. The only downside is the restaurant is not within our building itself and needs to cross opposite to the club building which serves the golf resort. It makes it inconvenient especially on a rainy days. I bet it will be a nice short walk if it’s on a fine day. If you are in big group, you can request hotel for buggy services subject to availability. You may also ask to borrow the umbrellas. We will definitely come back again.

We were upgraded to a suite, and the kids absolutely loved the extra space. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, keeping the room clean and tidy every day.

Special thanks to Mr. Jay and the front desk team for going the extra mile to make our trip truly memorable. They also helped us book a local farm experience, which we greatly appreciated, as it would have been difficult for us to arrange without speaking Korean.

Definitely a good choice for travellers that are driving.

The resort is conveniently located not far from Jeju Airport, yet it remains wonderfully quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease — the staff were warm, welcoming, and truly attentive.

The view of Hallasan Mountain from the property is stunning and instantly gives you that true vacation feeling. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe, and genuinely unwind.

I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.

Room was clean, spacious and even comes with a jacuzzi! Location might be slightly off but if you’ve a car, it isn’t much of an issue at all! Staff were really friendly too. Will definitely come back and stay again!

We have had a wonderful 3 nights staying at the Mercure Ambassador Jeju resort. From beginning to end we couldn’t fault the place.

We stayed in a deluxe suite which had a large living area, a bedroom with two double beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The room was very clean with good facilities like TVs, a coffee/tea station, a hairdryer etc.

The rest of the hotel was clean and quiet with great amenities. The gym is well equipped, the outdoor heated pool was lovely and had a lounging area too, there was an area with games to play and a GS25 store which was well stocked.

Breakfast was at the Club House in the golf resort which had a wide variety of both Korean and Western style foods, plenty of choice for everyone.

The resort is not in a town or city so is only accessible by vehicle. There are plenty of parking spots if you hire a car but if like us and you don’t hire a car, we found it very easy and efficient to order taxis to pick us up and drop us off at the resort for reasonable prices. We used the Uber app for this and paid by card directly to the drivers.

Lastly, I want to thank all the staff we interacted with both at the front desk and in the Club House. They were all very friendly and welcoming and were always there to help if we had any questions.
