I I checked into this hotel on 21 October 2025 and stayed for three nights. When I arrived, the male staff member at reception was not very friendly, which was disappointing. The room rate was also quite high at the time.

After doing more research later, I realised there are better alternatives in the area for a similar or lower price. If I travel to this area again, I will choose to stay somewhere else.

Very pleasant stay. Amazing breakfast. Please ditch the American style breakfast options here and rather enjoy the huge selection of pan Asian style breakfast. Don't miss the dimsums and braised walnuts.

was initially skeptical about the room's color palette and the location, but I was pleasantly surprised—both turned out to be great in reality! The hotel aesthetic is wonderful; it feels modern while maintaining its own unique character.
​A highlight was the food. Whether it was breakfast or room service, every dish felt freshly prepared with premium ingredients. The chefs clearly know how to maintain a high standard of quality. To top it off, the staff was hospitable and professional. I will definitely be returning.

I have been to quite a few hotels around the world, but this one has been so far the best of them. New, spacious, nicely designed rooms, nice staff, well equipped gym, nice swimming piil and wide offer of breakfest options, from traditional Korean meals to standard "european" ones.
The only downside of my stay was that on second day they started a reconstruction of main lobby, so we had to take a long way through 2 elevators. Other than that, it was perfect.

Amazing hotel.
Check in was quick and smooth.
Location was supremely good.
Hyundai department store is next door.
Lotte center was a quick walk. Restaurants and c-store are nearby. Subway , bus are all surrounded.
The room decor was modern . The premium room has a bathtub which was comfortable.
Very nice stay. The bathroom amenities are smell nice. Plugs and USB are plenty which even you do not bring adapter it’s alright
There is also a nice large indoor swimming pool , a nice gym .
The bed was comfortable . The smart TV is great includes YouTube Netflix web surfing .
