Golden Hotel Incheon

We rented the suite on the top floor so it was very roomy and nice. Room size was very generous. Close to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. Incheon doesn't have as many English speakers as Seoul; so just be aware that non-Korean speakers will have to rely on google translate a lot. The hotel has a lot of supplies for you in the lobby. There's a full restaurant on the first floor: the food is fantastic and fairly priced.

Our first room was on the second floor there was a film of soap on the entirety of the floor of our room. It was a dusty room. Our AC did not work and when we brought it to the attn of the reception desk they reluctantly gave us another room on the same floor and it had the same issue when finally the male receptionist gave us another room on the 3rd floor. The AC worked in this one, however, still dirty. Black marks in the shower black marks on the duvet cover. Not enough staff, the staff look unhappy. The receptionist has to run the room service even. Other than convenience go a train stn, there's really nothing great about this hotel.

Me and my friends stayed here for 2 nights. It was horrible. We had to change the room twice, because it smelled like someone had been smoking in the rooms for the last 3 years. The rooms look nice, but its dirty and disgusting. Would not recommend.

Nice location and nice receptionists. But service is really bad in terms of hygiene and room service. The room has tooth paste stain when we checked in. Didn’t make our room when we stay more than 1 night (same for our extended family who stayed in another room at another floor). So basically towel and water need to request daily. Design of the room is weird as toilet is too small and no hanger or bathroom accessories. Gd for couple stay, not so for family.

Will definitely book again if ever I'll be around incheon. budget friendlg hotel as well as staff is courteous.
