Friendly DH Naissance Hotel

I had a great experience at the DH Renaissance Hotel in Seoul. The location is fantastic—close to subway stations, local restaurants, and major sights, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep.

The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable.

What really stood out was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The front desk and housekeeping team made sure everything ran smoothly during my stay.

For a comfortable, well-run hotel in a great part of Seoul, I highly recommend the DH Renaissance. I’d definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Seoul Korea with my wife and daughter younger daughters, 2 and 6. We loved this hotel and wished we booked more days here. It's so central to many sight seeing places in Korea. The subway was so close and there were elevators to help us get down to the subway with our stroller. Lots of places to eat near by like a lot of different choices. There was even a good place to get a hair cut next door. The family room we had was perfect for us. The staff there were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was light korean food (yummy soup and sides) and was delicious. What great value you get. We are coming back here for sure next time. Also a shout out to the staff member who helped us change the sensor light in our room, the next day they got somebody come and fix the issue

My family and I had a very good stay in this hotel. Very near key locations, restos, stores and train station. The room that we occupied had an ample space for our luggages and stuff, plus extra space to move around. We were provided with all the necessary supplies like water, toiletries, etc. whenever we requested for them. We were also allowed early check in a few hours early before check-in time. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and we will definitely book again when we come back, and even recommed to our friends when they come to visit. Thank you, DH Naissance Seoul!

We stayed at the DH Renaissance Hotel for two nights and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is a huge win – super close to the airport bus stop, which made getting to and from the airport effortless. You're also right near the metro, so exploring Seoul is easy. And if you love food and nightlife, you're in luck – there are tons of amazing restaurants and pubs literally steps away.

The room itself was great – clean, spacious, and comfortable. No issues at all.

But what really stood out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely enthusiastic and eager to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

If you're looking for a solid, no-drama hotel with friendly service and a killer location, this is the spot. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Bathrooms were huge 😄. Service is also very good.
The best part of this Hotel is the staff and the owner Charlie (you will find him on front desk).
Lobby area has everything that a tourist is looking for. List of must go places, how to reach, how far it is from the hotel, list of restaurants (separate list based on type of cuisine) etc.
