The staff at the hotel front desk are friendly and have a very pleasant demeanor. The building looks new and well-maintained, so our room was clean too. Although there are water dispensers on every floor, the suites also have their own water dispensers. Our room was well-lit, spacious, and comfortable. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area, as well as a park next to our hotel, making it a convenient place to stay.

One night stay with my family, it was quite imlressive experience. the room condition was good, everutjing was clean. I couldn‘t enjoy the swimming pool as it is winter season. But I could enjoyed the BBQ plater and fried chicken at the bar. The price was quite reasonable. Even though there is no executive lounge, I had good time at the bar.
Also, breakfast was beyond my expectation. The number of plates are quite many and it‘s really enjoyable. Definitely, I recommend this hotel for family stay (and business trip as well).

The attentive staff are amazing and the customer service is phenomenal. Our room has been very well maintained and the bathroom facilities are excellent. I particularly enjoy hot showers with very good water pressure and our room did not disappoint.

As an American traveling to Korea for the first time -- the heated toilet seats were a pleasant surprise and a first for me.

My wife was born in Korea and speaks Korean, which helps immensely, but I have found that I am able to communicate well enough with many staff in English.

I would like to particularly compliment David Lee and Hailey Kim who have gone above and beyond. Very solid, wonderful employees.

David reminds me of how poorly the level of customer service in America has fallen off -- especially since COVID -- where everyone seemingly can't be bothered to actually tend to the needs of their customers. Whenever you interact with him, he is present and focused exclusively on you. Never distracted in any way. It was and has been a refreshing change of pace.

My wife loved the breakfast buffet and just raves about the nabak kimchi. We felt the buffet was solid value and again -- the restaurant staff provided great, attentive customer service as well.

The hotel is very convenient, with a water dispenser in the suite and a coin-operated laundry room on the ground floor, and the breakfast buffet is quite tasty.

Plus, there are plenty of cafés and restaurants around the hotel, so you can enjoy a wide variety of cuisine, and it’s also a lovely spot for a stroll in the park right opposite after your meal.

The room was nice & comfortable, with a pleasant city view. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful & always smiling, making the stay feel welcoming. Whenever assistance was needed, there was always someone ready to help.

However, the three lifts serving the hotel seemed a little limited. During busy periods, guests often had to wait longer or even wait for the second round before getting a chance to board the lift.

The buffet breakfast was delicious & offered a good variety of food. Overall, it was a comfortable & enjoyable stay.
