DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo

This was a nice stay except try getting ice it will be more than 30 minutes and though you will find an ice bucket in the room you can’t fill it. They also want to charge you 5,000 won to bring it! Just not cool. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options and very busy as hotel was packed you can easily wait 15-20 minutes for your table and I noticed much quieter after 8am in general. Our room was lovely and the staff including Henry, Ria, and Ethan along with others made our stay special. Elevators can take a while when busy as well as there are only 4 in total for a busy hotel. Location is outside of the city and area is nice to walk in. Located in an area easy to walk to shopping and great food nearby.

From the moment I arrived at DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo, I knew I was going to have a great stay. The hospitality here is truly amazing. As soon as I stepped out of the car, my luggage was immediately taken care of, which made me feel welcomed and valued right away.

As a Diamond member, I was escorted directly to the lounge for check-in, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and very well organized. No waiting around, no stress just genuine, warm service. Every single staff member I encountered was humble, kind, and incredibly professional. What really stood out to me was that not once did I feel uncomfortable or overlooked. The team here genuinely cares about their guests, and it shows in every interaction.

The location is ideal, especially if you need easy access around Pangyo. The shuttle bus service is a fantastic bonus, and the driver was very pleasant and polite, which added to the overall experience.

My room was beautiful spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The views were amazing and made the stay even more special. You can really see the attention to detail in how everything is prepared and presented.

The executive lounge was very busy during my stay, but the hotel managed it perfectly by organizing two seating sessions. I actually appreciated this system because it prevented overcrowding and made the experience much more comfortable and relaxing. The lounge service was controlled, smooth, and very enjoyable.

This was the first stop on my wife & I's anniversary stay, and the hotel helped arranged a flower box (full of tulips), balloons, and a private car from the transportation from the airport, all at a great price. The breakfast buffet has more variety than any other hotel I've stayed at, and the dinner options are changed every days so you always have a different menu to look forward to.

My wife well very ill 1 day into our stay here, to the point we needed to contact emergency services, and the staff went above & beyond in assisting us during the emergency (i.e. contacting the ambulance, helping translate what was going on to the paramedics, and providing some porridge for my wife to eat while she was recovering).

I can't thank the staff enough, from the front desk to the cleaning crew to the baristas, for all their help and kind words during our stay. They made what was a very tough experience for my wife & I much more tolerable and gave her the peace of mind to recover comfortably.

My wife & I will 100% be staying here again when we revisit Korea, and hopefully during better circumstances.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Wonderful service, staff, and amenities. I really enjoyed the Mountain View’s and the hotel gym is one of the best and most well equipped I’ve ever encountered.

The location is not very convenient for public transit into Seoul or for coach tours that leave early morning, but it may be well placed for other travellers.

Ridiculously slow check-in process during weekends. After the staff relocation, the overall service at the Executive lounge was very disappointing and I don't feel like returning to this property.

Had to wait for more than 40 minutes just to get checked-in although there were not many guests waiting at the lounge. The evening happy hour has seen better days and the foods were not as good as my previous visits.

Lastly, for those who are visiting from foreign countries, keep in mind that this hotel is not in Seoul and can be far away from many tourist attractions.
