Not your standard double tree hotel. This is a 5 star, American Conrad level amenities. Virtual golf, swimming pool. Standout feature is the breakfast buffet... It's better than some of the Las Vegas Buffet in terms of food quality, taste and variety. I can't recommend this place enough if you're staying near Pangyo.
My favorite of all the amenities is the Gym.
Everything is great about this place. Extremely clean and well kept. I stayed in the residence tower. There is a nice to CU on the 1st floor, ultra convenient. I like them best of all the convenience stores in Korea. Breakfast buffet comes with our room due to being a diamond member. It's very good. Nice waterways and walking paths nearby. Most of the outlets in the room are already adapted for multiple electrical plugs. You won't need an adapter here. Not too far from restaurants and activities, and you can have food delivered by coupang eats if you don't want room service. I'd definitely stay here again.
Loved the cleanliness of the facility. The convenience of the location, 15 minute walk to Lotte Department store area where there are foods and plenty of restaurants and most importantly, Olive Young! There are also a lot of hair salons in the area. Vands Clinic is a short taxi ride away. On site convenience store is a must! They had a CU onsite. The layout of the residence we had was perfect. The bathtub on that side of the unit got a lot of natural lighting and warmth. The front desk receptionist we checked in with was great! Spoke fluent English and was very nice.
Fantastic hotel, nice room and service. Overall fantastic experience. Room was clean and nice and they even have a Nespresso machine. breakfast was really good, honey is served from a hive. Only little grouse was location wise, it’s isolated from the restaurants. There’s a shuttle service that starts at 9am hourly but I still prefer to be in downtown area with all the restaurants..
This is my second long-term stay here—once in spring, now in winter. Both times I opted for a south-facing room away from the forest view, and the value for the square footage is hard to beat.
As an engineer, I genuinely appreciated the efficiency of the building’s layout. The elevators are centrally located, and the dispatch logic is solid; I never waited long, even during the morning rush or checkout. I liked that scanning your card auto-selects your floor—it cuts down on people accidentally lighting up the whole panel, and the cancellation feature for wrong presses is a smart UX detail.
I started in a one-bedroom. The layout flows well with dual access to the bathroom from both the living area and bedroom. Appliances like the fridge and washing machine were reliable, and the kitchen had enough gear for simple meals. I got upgraded to a two-bedroom for the final four nights, and the difference was massive. You get a dishwasher and a full-size household fridge. The sunlight hitting the light wood flooring in the afternoon gave the living room a really warm, airy feel.
One minor downside was the breakfast. It’s been over a year since my last visit, yet the menu is virtually identical. It made picking my food easy, but a little rotation or variety for returning guests would be appreciated.
Just a couple of heads-ups: the master bath in the two-bedroom suite has a tub but no standing shower, so you have to use the second bathroom to shower, which is a bit of a design quirk. Also, those south-facing rooms are efficient heat traps. Even with it being -10°C outside, if the curtains were open, the room wouldn't drop below 26°C no matter how low I set the thermostat.
The building is incredibly quiet, and the staff are quick and friendly. Definitely reserve an air purifier and humidifier in advance if you’re staying a while—they run out fast.
