Comfortable Experience

1. Located a 5-7 minute walk from Exit 1 of Huaming Metro Station.

2. Convenient luggage storage service!

3. Comfortable bedding! Excellent soundproofing!

5. Simple breakfast (toast, jam, milk, orange juice, oatmeal) – limited choices, but enough to fill you up! Plenty of bottled water provided!

6. Proactive housekeeping service!

7. Multiple charging ports (stands) in the room – very convenient!

8. Equipped with an LG antibacterial wardrobe and an air purifier! Perfect for someone like me who's a bit of a clean freak!

*Room 201 is very spacious, practically a one-bedroom apartment, but without a bathtub. It has a balcony, though the view isn't great. The room also includes a microwave, air fryer, grill, and induction cooker – ideal for families who enjoy DIY late-night snacks!

Suggestions for improvement:

1. Add a separate wet and dry area.

2. The air conditioner remote and TV remote are the same; we struggled to figure it out, so it would be better if the counter staff could remind us beforehand! (The counter staff knew we were foreign tourists.)

*We were extremely tired and hungry after a long day, so we didn't take any photos, but the photos on the official website match the actual product! You can refer to them and trust them!

Front desk is really rude and extremely unhelpful, rooms seem like they need a good clean. In general, staff need some more training in hospitality (if you can’t answer a basic question like “where can we do laundry?”, you should at least offer to look something up for guests).

The pictures do not reflect how the hotel rooms actually look like. They are worn out and dirty. Few things which are unacceptable:
-no shower towels. They only have small hand towels which are old and stained
-earlier check in is paid, quite a hefty price
-toilet did not have a lid, disgusting when you think how much bacteria is on stuff around it when you flush
-dirt, dirt and dirt

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. The rooms were filthy. We paid an extra 30,000 to check in at 12:00, and they gave us a filthy room. There were white stains on the bed, even though the cleaning lady assured us it was new. She reluctantly changed it, but the new sheets were also stained. There was a lot of dust and dirt. I don't recommend staying here. Of all the reception staff, only one was friendly and explained how to get to the train station on our last day. The rest were in no hurry to respond even to our requests for cleaning.
