Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Pangyo

All the Staff were so kind and friendly.
Breakfast buffet was so good with huge variety and a la carte dinner menu is reasonably priced for a hotel. Dinner Buffet is more expensive at €50.
Rooms are fresh and spotless with comfy King bed, sitting area, desk, big TV, and very nice shower /bathroom.
Hotel gym and plenty of really nice walks along the river or nearby parks available and Pangyo train station 5min walk away.

Excellent hotel, best in Pangyo and very hard to find long reservations for during business trips but I finally got one this time. Beautiful views out the 18th floor and the executive lounge was perfect for some work meetings (schedule in advance) followed by happy hour. Very comfy rooms, excellent service and laundry and services. Breakfast was fine, the normal in Asia (more like a great lunch or dinner but breakfast items themselves like coffee just ok). One annoyance was the lack of power outlets by the bedside. Just one outlet and only on one side. I use a cpap so I couldn't charge my phone at night. Not sure why hotels still don't have adequate power outlets by the beds in this day and age.

An excellent hotel with outstanding service.
All the staff were extremely patient, friendly, and very easy to communicate with.
What impressed me the most was how the hotel went above and beyond when I encountered a taxi overcharging issue. Even when I was already half ready to give up, the hotel staff took the initiative to contact the taxi and relevant parties on my behalf, and successfully helped me recover most of the overcharged amount.
I truly felt supported and taken care of as a guest. I will definitely continue to support and choose this hotel in the future.

We had a wonderful week-long stay while visiting Korea from the United States. The hotel is close to a lot and also close to the subway and it was easy to get around. The concierge team was very helpful with suggestions, arranging cars, and even shipped us an item we forgot! The hotel breakfast was delicious and a good variety. We had a nice stay and would plan to stay there again!

Exceptional service by all members of staff. Best hotel breakfast by far!

I have stayed here several times over the last few years and every time I am positively impressed by how professional all the hotel staff are.
