Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Botanic Park

Friendly staff, always helpful with recommendations on where to eat, obtaining Taxi/Uber, etc. Breakfast buffet and/or I robot room service is quick and the food is very delicious! This hotel also has a breathtaking view overlooking the park on the top floor. A must see at night!
I’ve been staying here the past few years and would highly recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and business partners.

Great location and spacious room. Rooms are clean and simple with more than enough space to open luggage. Hazel at the front desk was professional and friendly. She handled all of our questions and inquiries with kindness and made sure our stay at the hotel was amazing. Would definitely visit again in the future.

Amazing hotel. So peaceful and quiet. The service is spectacular too. Staying in the beautiful well appointed rooms, you can’t hear the city. This is as nice as a Ritz Carlton in the USA. Well done!

A very basic hotel. Food is horrendous - from the 15th floor restaurant to the 1st floor one and in-room dining. I guess you only stay here for business purpose - if you’re visiting offices nearby or any exhibition nearby. It’s far from central Seoul. Seems like an up and coming area filled with younger people. Nice park though just outside the hotel. Did a decent 5km there. But service is really crap at this hotel. I put DND on yet housekeeping kept banging on my door twice. My colleague enquired about the Seoul city tour but the staff there had no clue. Also they dont really help with your bags…small issue but not very nice when I’m traveling solo with all the stuff.
I like the water filter in the room for refills. But they charge for using their slippers saying it’s sustainability initiative….

Unfortunately stuck in this hotel while a festival is going outside with music and noise from 0800 to 2200hrs this weekend.

The staff while friendly could be better. Primary issue has been misinformation. The location is far outside the city and with traffic it can take 45 min to an hour to get to City central.

The wifi seems to drop out for a few minutes every evening.

The phone in my room to call down and ask questions does not work. The "security" light by the door would not go out at 0200 in the morning when I arrived. Because the phone doesn't work I had to get dressed, go downstairs, show them a photo of the problem and then wait for them to fix it.

This place is just not friendly to travel weary work travelers. I will never come back to this property.
